This interior photography project was created for a major premium residential developer. The project features a 131 m² three-bedroom apartment located on the 35th floor of a high-rise residential complex. Designed as a sales showroom, the apartment was photographed for real estate presentation under strict conditions where all furniture and decor remained in their original positions. The focus of the shoot was on spatial clarity, light, proportions, and an accurate visual representation suitable for premium residential marketing.
Dining area & living room
The dining area and living room form the central public space of the apartment. Located on the 35th floor, this zone is defined by natural light and panoramic city views. The photography emphasizes openness, scale, and the relationship between interior volumes and the surrounding urban environment. Wide and medium shots were used to present the layout clearly and cohesively.
Primary bedroom
The master suite is presented as a private, self-contained zone. The photographic approach focuses on calm composition and visual continuity between the bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom. Artificial lighting in enclosed spaces was balanced in post-production to maintain consistent color temperature and material accuracy across all areas.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom is presented as a flexible residential space suitable for different functional scenarios. The photography maintains visual restraint, allowing proportions, natural light, and layout to define the character of the room without unnecessary detail.
Third bedroom
The third bedroom continues the visual language of restraint and order. The photographic emphasis is placed on spatial clarity, light distribution, and the relationship between interior elements. This approach ensures consistency across all private zones of the apartment while preserving their individual character.
Shared Bathroom
The shared bathroom was photographed using artificial light, with careful attention to material rendering and color accuracy. Post-production focused on maintaining a neutral, consistent palette aligned with the rest of the interior. The final images present the bathroom as a clean, functional, and market-ready space suitable for premium residential sales materials.
Kitchen and hall
The kitchen and hall act as transitional spaces connecting public and private zones. The kitchen is shown through a single, precise frame that emphasizes clarity, functionality, and integration with the overall interior concept. The hall photography focuses on architectural lines and spatial flow, reinforcing the apartment’s structured and logical layout.
